Skala Konvert has a new tab, "IFC → LandXML". Drop an IFC file and get a LandXML 1.2 file with its surfaces, ready for machine control.

The conversion runs in the browser, and the file is not uploaded.
- IFC2x3, IFC4 and IFC4x3, up to 250 MB
- Choose the top or bottom of the surfaces
- Split by element, name, layer or IFC type, or keep everything in one surface
- Georeferencing is read from the file, and you choose the coordinate system, axis order (NEZ or ENZ), number of decimals and offset
- Pick which elements to include, with search
Skala Konvert requires signing in with your Skala account and a Konvert license.
In SketchUp
With Skala BIM you import IFC 4.3 with Skala IFC, and Skala LX writes LandXML, including ISO 15143-4. Skala BIM requires a license.
