Skala Cut cuts one or both ends of a straight circular pipe in SketchUp, with the angle and height you choose.

Cutting pipes

  • Skala Cut. Select the pipe group or component, open Skala Studios › Skala Pipe › Skala Cut, choose the angle and height, inspect the preview and cut. Both ends are changed in one undo operation.
  • The bore stays open, cut surfaces inherit material and tag, and copied component and group definitions are made unique.
  • The toolbar icon uses the same navy frame and stroke widths as Pipe, Spine and Passage.
